Our Policies
Payment Policy: We have a "no pay, no stay" payment policy, and we require payment upon check-in. Credit card information is required before guests check in, and we will request up to a $200 bond. We require guests to provide credit card details upon check-in.
Cancellation Policy:
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of one night's accommodation.Child Policy:
Children under 3 using an existing bed are free. Children requiring an extra bed will be charged $20 per night. Adults requiring an extra bed will be charged $30 per night.Check-in and Check-out Policies:
1. Check-in is available from 14:00 to 21:00 on the day of arrival.2. Check-out is between 09:30 and 10:00 on the day of departure.
3. Early check-in and/or late check-out may be available for an extra charge.
Other Policies
1. Smoking in the room will incur a $200 fine.
2. Pets are not allowed.
3. Visitors are permitted at the management’s discretion. The registered guest is responsible for the behavior of all persons/visitors whilst on the property.
4. Any damage to our property and any costs associated with inappropriate behavior resulting in loss of income to the motel, will be charged to the registered guest.
5. The Motel is not responsible for any valuables left behind.
6. Please return keys to the reception before departing or leave the key in the room and lock the door. Loss of the key will incur $50 fine.
